Lakeside Camping

Very well maintained campsite with lovely local caretaker who lives on site.The lakeside campsites are well done, with fire pits and bench seating along it.Facilities and bathrooms are clean and pretty modern compared to most camp sites.Power boats allowed out on the water.Not very close to any other amenities or towns so pack well.

You will need a boat. Great spot for swimming relaxing camping. Toilet facilities limited 3 mail 3 female limited power sites. Much better suited to young families no us grey nomads. Still a beaut spot for an overnight stay On your trip around this isle. Beaut friendly local town store.

Great place inland. Very magical spot. The owners r top class. Very helpful and accommodative. Have been here 2 times and will be back soon again. Book in advance atleast 4 to 6 weeks before. Always pre booked during holidays coz its a top spot.

Absolutely love this place, superb facilities, warm showers, very well kept.Amazing camping and skiing on the lake with a nice fire pit at night.

We absolutely LOVED our caravan stay at Lake Towerrinning. With huge powered sites, your own personal beach area and your own firepit. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our campsite.Our son and his Dad enjoyed finding a little pump track at the back of the park, this was great fun!We enjoyed a walk up to the enclosed playground that is situated in the day use area.There are ablutions, rubbish collection, camp kitchen and tuck shop that opens for an hour a day.It was 35° whilst we were there so it was nice to be able to grab an ice cream in the afternoons.We will definitely be back for future visits!

Absolutely amazing spot, you definitely need a boat to ski but the sites are lovely and the caretakers are very nice and answer any question you could have. The toilets are well maintained and electricity is provided onsite. Definitely recommend!

Great place, huge 30 x 30 bays so you can camp parallel to the lake. Each bay {in the section we were in} has a large picnic table with bench seats, fire pit with hot plate & access steps to your own 'private' lake beach access, tap {not potable}, power & rubbish bin. Bathrooms are old, but spacious & clean. Well done!

Peaceful, relaxing with excellent lake views. Brilliant big caravan grassed bays, well set out. The amenities very clean and Friendly Caretakers.

Awesome dog friendly camping spot, set up on waters egde. Great for kayak or water skiing. Ablutions & camp kitchen on site plus small shop selling ice cream, etc. Friendly caretakers. Overall, it was a good experience.
